Microsoft has released a utility for all the users who want to open driver files, help files with extension HLP, which contain within themselves useful informations and guides for Windows 7.
Users who need to utilize this facility, has to must download WinHlp32.exe. Check of genuineness of your OS before installing it as yours may be blacklisted for pirated software use. The application works good for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7.
