Microsoft Office Starter 2010 released
I’ve never quite understood why so many manufacturers have opted to include Microsoft Works on their computers, it is clear that virtually any user uses this suite office, having compatibility issues and lack of use, for differences with the Office interface.
As a logical step to solve it, Microsoft announced Office Starter 10, A version of its office application for manufacturers and integrators to offer it on their machines, so saying goodbye to Microsoft Works, an application that they have never managed to update.
Maintaining two similar product lines was a waste of resources and with Office Starter 10, Microsoft wants to facilitate the passage of the free version to the paid version. Starter 10 will have limited functionality, including Word and Excel only, in addition to including ads.
For the full version, users can purchase licenses at stores, comprising a code to be entered in the application that opens the full range of options.
